Stephen Jayjock

Stephen Jayjock serves as Managing Director, Construction Management, for Stream in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, Stephen leads the growth of Stream’s construction and project management services throughout Central Virginia, providing strategic guidance to occupiers, owners, and investors from initial planning through project completion. His focus includes building client relationships, overseeing project delivery, developing high-performing teams, and expanding Stream’s presence throughout the region.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephen has delivered more than 3 million square feet of projects across more than 25 markets. Prior to joining Stream, he spent seven years at JLL, where he established and grew the Richmond Project & Development Services practice into a 26-person team serving clients across multiple sectors. Previously, Stephen held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and rand* Construction, where he managed complex interior construction projects and provided owner representation services for corporate, technology, and professional services clients. His experience spans construction management, project execution, strategic planning, and team leadership.
