Professional Experience
Steve DeVinney currently serves as a Senior Vice President in Stream’s Atlanta office. Since joining Stream in 2018, he has negotiated on behalf of his clients over 400 lease and sale transactions across office, industrial, data center, and retail product types with an aggregate transaction value of over $400,000,000 comprised of 52% office, 33% industrial/data center, and 14% retail.
Steve’s primary areas of focus are landlord representation of office and industrial assets and advising clients in underwriting current and potential investment opportunities. Prior to joining Stream, Steve was a Principal with Goddard Investment Group for 21 years, where he headed their Asset Management group and played key roles in fundraising, acquisitions, and dispositions. He began his career in brokerage with NAI/Brannen Goddard, focusing on investment sales of industrial, flex, and office assets. Steve also performed detailed tenant credit analysis, lender reporting, and investor relations related to his portfolio.
Steve has experienced several commercial real estate cycles in his work in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Phoenix, Tampa, and Washington D.C., as both principal and agent working on behalf of clients ranging from merchant builders to multi-billion-dollar university endowments and institutional investors.
