Professional Experience

Steve Riordan joined Stream in 2013 as a Construction Manager and currently serves as Senior Director of the Construction Management and Development team in Dallas. He is responsible for co-leading the Dallas construction team in the management and oversight of various commercial real estate projects.

Throughout his career, Steve’s construction experience ranges from estimating and preconstruction services to supervision and project management. While at Stream, he has been responsible for planning, coordinating and leading a team of consultants, contractors, architects and engineers throughout any given project: beginning with preliminary design and budgeting during conceptual stages, through any required entitlements, leading the team through design finalization and overseeing the contractor through project completion and closeout.
