Sylvia Bratcher

Sylvia Bratcher joined Stream in 2021 and is currently the Office Operations Manager for Stream Chicago. Sylvia’s primary focus is to support the Chicago market in ensuring all employees and clients receive the very best cultural experience at Stream. She is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the office, including creating efficiencies and processes to drive team effectiveness, growth, and success.

Sylvia brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, administrative services, and management. Prior to joining Stream Chicago, Sylvia held positions in both the private and public sectors, including serving as a Marketing Specialist for agency leasing at Cushman & Wakefield and J.F. McKinney and Associates, as well as an Executive Assistant for the non-profit affordable housing developer, The Renaissance Collaborative, Inc.
