Professional Experience
Tad Block is Director of Financial Analytics for the Office Tenant Representation team. He provides financial analytical support to brokerage professionals and their clients. Specifically, he provides complex and sophisticated cash flow and GAAP / IFRS analysis for a broad range of real estate transactions including lease comparisons, lease restructures, lease vs. buy, acquisitions & dispositions, subleases, relocations, build-to-suits, and other development projects.
Prior to joining Stream, Tad was at Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Advisory and Analytics Manager and most recently served as the Global Financial Analysis Support Lead for Global Occupier Services. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he worked for JPMorgan Chase in their Corporate Real Estate Strategy Group. He was responsible for providing strategic advice and financial analysis of property, transactions, and capital projects within the JPMC footprint.
