Professional Experience
Tanner Catalani serves as a Senior Associate for Stream’s Industrial division in San Antonio. He specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation and currently oversees the leasing of 1.8 million square feet of industrial distribution and flex space on behalf of institutional ownership groups, including DRA Advisors, UBS, GID Industrial, and Grandview Partners. Since beginning production in 2023, he has completed more than 70 transactions totaling $43 million in consideration.
Prior to joining Stream, Tanner built a seven-year career in produce distribution, serving as Director of Warehouse Operations at B. Catalani, Inc. This foundation in supply chain management and logistics informs every aspect of his real estate practice — providing clients with an operational perspective that goes far beyond the transaction.
Tanner combines deep market knowledge with a strategic, client-first approach to guide tenants and landlords through acquisitions, relocations, expansions, and renewals. His ability to quickly assess market conditions, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions has established him as a trusted advisor in the San Antonio industrial market.
