Professional Experience
Tanner Catalani joined Stream Realty in 2022 as a Senior Associate for the firm’s industrial division in San Antonio. In his role, he primarily focuses on tenant representation, landlord representation, tracking market data, and recognizing trends and investment opportunities for his clients.
Before joining Stream, Tanner spent seven years as Director of Warehouse Operations at B. Catalani, Inc. His background in food distribution and cold storage services will allow him to help industrial clients lease the best space for their needs.
