Tasiana Wells is a Program Manager within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. Tasiana is a dynamic and results-driven professional and brings more than a decade of experience in project management, entitlements, design, and construction. She is recognized for her creative problem-solving, strong communication skills, and authentic leadership style that fosters collaboration and accountability across teams.
As a passionate advocate for community impact and economic growth, Tasiana manages projects that strengthen local economies while meeting client objectives. She has guided large-scale industrial, office, and multifamily developments through every stage—from land development and design coordination to construction oversight—ensuring efficiency, transparency, and measurable value.
Prior to joining Stream, Tasiana served as Development Manager at Ryan Companies, leading entitlement, design, and construction efforts for major industrial and mixed-use projects. She also held leadership roles at JLL, Gilbane Building Company, and HLMS Sustainability Solutions, where she expanded her expertise in project execution, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
