Professional Experience
Taylor Posey joined Stream Realty Partners in 2024 and is an Associate on the firm’s San Antonio industrial and land team. He specializes in the leasing of industrial assets, with additional experience in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and land assets across the Greater San Antonio area, representing both landlords and tenants. Taylor leases more than 1.3 million square feet of industrial and flex space on behalf of a mix of institutional and local ownership groups. His work includes project leasing, tenant advisory, and investment sales, providing clients with a well-rounded, data-driven perspective on site selection, lease negotiations, and asset positioning.
He closely tracks market trends, vacancy, and pricing across the Greater San Antonio area’s key industrial submarkets, leveraging this insight to help clients make informed real estate decisions and maximize value. Taylor began his academic career at the U.S. Air Force Academy and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University.
