Professional Experience
Terron Poole is a Property Manager in Stream’s Austin market. In this role, Terron oversees the management operations of 515 Congress, a premier Class-A office property located in downtown Austin. Terron’s focus includes financial strategy, operational efficiency, cost optimization initiatives, and delivering measurable value and long-term savings for ownership groups.
Prior to joining Stream in 2026, Terron worked across both the commercial and multifamily real estate sectors, specializing in the management of Class-A high-rise and mixed-use assets. With more than a decade of real estate experience, Terron has worked with notable clients, including Kingsbarn Realty Capital in Orange County, California.
Terron holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Norfolk State University and an associate degree in Hospitality Administration from Tidewater Community College. In 2026, he earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
An active industry leader, Terron is involved with IREM and currently serves on the Special Projects Committee for the IREM Austin Chapter. He is also engaged with several local charitable organizations, including the Downtown Austin Alliance.
