Proven Performance

Professional Experience

Thomas (“Tommy”) Erwin joined Stream in September 2023 as a Vice President in the Houston office. As an industrial specialist, Tommy is responsible for accommodating users with heavy manufacturing needs throughout the Houston region and is focused on industrial tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits. His role will help support and expand Stream’s industrial services platform across the Houston metro market, specifically in the Port sector.

Tommy’s distinctive expertise lies in the realm of heavy industrial manufacturing located in port cities throughout the Gulf Coast. This specialization encompasses a wide array of services, including facilitating the acquisition and disposition of properties on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, locally owned operations, and high-net-worth family offices.

Prior to Stream, Tommy spent 4+ years on Moody Rambin’s industrial and investment services team, overseeing tenant representation and investment services. Throughout his career, he has utilized his expertise to provide dedicated solutions across the expansive landscape of Texas’ industrial marketplace by putting his background in mineral acquisition and divestiture to work.

In his free time, Tommy enjoys deep sea fishing, hunting, coaching tee-ball, and spending time with his growing family. As a seventh-generation Houstonian, he is very entrenched in the local community, spending time volunteering with JH Outback Texas and within his church.
