Professional Experience
Timmy Geran is a Program Manager within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he supports clients across multiple sectors with a focus on delivering projects that align with each organization’s operational goals. With a background in electrical engineering, Timmy combines technical depth with program management discipline to guide clients through facility improvements, renovations, and large-scale capital planning initiatives.
Prior to joining Stream, Timmy worked in CBRE’s Industrial Project Management group, where he managed tenant improvements and facility upgrades for industrial and corporate clients. He also served as a Project Manager with JLL, supporting Delta Air Lines’ national real estate portfolio. In that role, he led renovation and relocation projects, developed capital plans for Sky Clubs and Customer Engagement Centers nationwide, and coordinated closely with corporate real estate and IT teams to deliver complex operational spaces. Earlier in his career, Timmy was an Electrical Engineer at Pond & Company, where he designed power and building systems for federal and private-sector facilities and performed large-scale facility assessments.
