Professional Experience
Timothy Phillips joined Stream in 2021 and is currently a Senior Associate on Stream Carolinas’ industrial team. Before relocating to Charlotte, he spent two years as an Analyst with Stream’s Industrial team in Dallas. Timmy’s expertise includes tenant representation, landlord rep, investment sales, acquisitions, and market research.
Prior to joining Stream, Timmy worked for WME, a talent agency in New York City, before deciding to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
