Timothy Phillips joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021 and is a Senior Associate on Stream Carolinas’ industrial team. Before relocating to Charlotte, Timmy spent two years with Stream’s Industrial team in Dallas. Timmy’s expertise includes tenant representation, landlord rep, investment sales, acquisitions, and market research. Before joining Stream, Timmy worked for WME, a talent agency in New York City, before pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
