Trevor Harris joined Stream in 2024 as an Analyst in the Tampa office, where he sources office and industrial opportunities across Florida with a focus on tenant representation. He supports clients throughout the site selection and negotiation process, ensuring they’re equipped with the insights needed to make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Stream, Trevor was in a rotational brokerage role at JLL. His background in sourcing opportunities and building strong client relationships has enabled him to successfully represent office and industrial tenants.
