Professional Experience
Trey Mahla joined Stream in 2022 and serves as a Senior Associate on the Industrial Capital Markets team in the Dallas office. In this role, he supports the team in completing investment sales transactions across Texas markets, from BOVs to closing. Before returning to Stream full-time, Trey interned in Stream’s Fort Worth office in the summer and fall of 2021.
Trey grew up in Northern California and graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. At TCU, Trey was the captain of the men’s lacrosse team, served as an officer in the real estate club, and enjoyed being involved in the local community.
