Professional Experience
Trey Strake is a Vice Chairman with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Trey represents major corporate office users in leasing strategy, site selection, and complex occupancy decisions across local and multi-market portfolios. His focus includes tenant representation, long-term portfolio planning, headquarters relocations, and complex lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Stream, Trey served as Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield and previously held roles at Cushman Realty Corporation before the two firms merged in 2001. He began his real estate career as a broker with Coldwell Banker in 1982. With more than 34 years of commercial real estate experience, Trey has completed hundreds of office transactions totaling millions of square feet and representing billions of dollars in aggregate value.
