Professional Experience
Tripp Pruet is a Vice President in the firm’s Houston Office. In this role, Tripp specializes in office tenant representation and is also responsible for sourcing, winning and executing business across all service lines, including leasing, acquisition and development opportunities. During his career in commercial real estate, Tripp has handled more than 120 office lease transactions totaling over 1 million square feet on behalf of both tenants and institutional owners.
Prior to joining Stream, Tripp spent five years at Savills, providing strategic real estate consulting services for clients throughout Houston, the United States and the world. Tripp’s focus is on providing solutions for complex real estate transactions, including headquarter transactions. Clients include law firms, private equity firms, financial institutions, energy companies, engineering firms and others.
Tripp started his commercial real estate career at Colvill Office Properties, where he was responsible for the leasing of Class A office product throughout the great Houston market. Representing landlords such as Hines, caIPERS, Metlife and others.
Houston NAIOP has recognized Tripp with the “Rising Star Award” for being the highest producing broker with five years of experience or less in the commercial real estate industry.
