Professional Experience
Tyler Herman is a Vice President with the Office and Industrial Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Denver office. He represents tenants, buyers, and sellers by combining deep market knowledge with proven expertise in negotiation and mediation. His focus includes lease negotiations, client advisory, and strategic relocations.
Prior to joining Stream, Tyler spent more than 15-years in public service as a United States Marine, supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and later serving in law enforcement. He also brings corporate experience and has supported Department of Defense and DARPA initiatives as a consultant through a third-party firm. In addition, he served as Vice President and board member of the Crisis Intervention Teams Association of Colorado.
Drawing on this diverse background in service, consulting, and leadership, Tyler delivers a distinctive perspective on real estate strategy and client advocacy.
