Professional Experience
Tyler Wellborn is the Senior Director responsible for Industrial Development Services oversight within the southeast region at Stream Realty Partners. He is responsible for directing teams of architects, consultants, and contractors through all phases of development, from entitlements through project closeout.
Tyler has extensive project experience on high-profile, complex projects with demanding schedules requiring diligent management of all project components. In addition to the project management experience, he has spent significant time in the pre-construction phases of those same complex projects. These skills are instrumental to ensuring a project is set up correctly from the beginning allowing for greater success by stakeholders. These skills also lend themselves to a greater understanding of project costs. Having taken numerous projects from pre-construction through completion, Tyler also has an in-depth understanding of project management, including contracts, constructability issues, and cost management during construction.
