Professional Experience
Valerie Inglesby is a Vice President with the Industrial division in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Valerie represents industrial occupiers, landlords, and investors throughout the Atlanta market. Her focus includes tenant representation, agency leasing, site selection, lease negotiations, and strategic real estate advisory services for users across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, third-party logistics, distribution, construction and building materials, life sciences, and cold storage.
Prior to joining Stream, Valerie co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations at Crescent Investment Group, a boutique commercial real estate investment firm. Over an 11-year tenure, she oversaw capital formation, asset and property management, joint venture structuring, and investor relations across a 2.5 million-square-foot portfolio. Valerie also played a key role in the acquisition and management of multiple office assets, including an eleven-property portfolio backed by $99 million in equity capital. With more than 11 years of commercial real estate experience, Valerie brings an owner and investor perspective to advising clients on their real estate strategies.
