Professional Experience
Valerie Schanzer is a Talent Acquisition Partner in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Valerie will focus on expanding Stream’s HR footprint within the Houston market.
Prior to joining Stream, Valerie accumulated over 15 years of expertise in recruitment, spanning corporate hiring and executive search. Most recently, she served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Stewart Title, where she led full-cycle recruiting across the title industry. Her experience also includes roles with UTHealth Houston, Avery Dennison, and The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Additionally, during her time at Korn Ferry International, she was instrumental in shaping and building leadership teams.
