Victoria Esquivel is a Property Manager in Stream’s Southern California office. In this role, Victoria represents industrial owners and oversees property operations, tenant relations, vendor management, and financial reporting. Victoria’s focus includes delivering exceptional service to ownership and tenants through a solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
Prior to joining Stream, Victoria worked at Lincoln Property Company, where she advanced from Property Administrator to Acting Property Manager and oversaw more than 620,000 square feet of office space.
