Vivian Jang serves as the Senior Director, Brand & Digital Marketing at Stream Realty Partners. In this role, she is responsible for developing and aligning marketing campaigns to enhance Stream’s brand recognition within the digital space. Vivian oversees the brand visuals and execution for a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization. Her team delivers strategic visual solutions that engage audiences and deliver results across Stream’s platforms.  Vivian’s team is focused on leading brand and digital initiatives to ensure that Stream’s visual voice is compelling and consistent across all services. She continues to seek out innovative digital platforms to bolster marketing resources, processes, and design.

Vivian began her CRE career at CBRE in 2003. There, she held positions from local marketing to national business development. In these roles, her efforts focused on creating dynamic graphics ranging from client-focused marketing collaterals such as property marketing, proposals, and interactive presentation for high-profile assignments. She managed an in-house business development graphic team to execute on pursuits with multiple deliverables with short turn times, while cultivating an environment of mentoring and support. During her tenure on the business development team, she helped facilitate a 70% win rate on new business opportunities by visually articulating value.

From CBRE, she moved to Colliers as the Director of Brand Marketing & Creative Resources. At Colliers, her team developed and maintained brand integrity, ensuring all platforms, services, products, and service lines that fall under the U.S. brand resonated with current and potential clientele across 130 offices in the U.S. She supervised the branding and event deliverables of 7 major national conferences and over 20 regional events, creating and managing promotional collateral, templates, reports, and national print and digital advertisements.
