Professional Experience
Walter Simpson joined Stream in 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President within the firm’s San Antonio industrial and land team. Walter’s primary responsibilities include project leasing, sales, tenant representation, tracking market data, and sourcing strategic investment opportunities. His clients include AEW, DRA Advisors, Jackson Shaw, and Nuveen.
Prior to joining Stream, Walter worked as an Escrow Officer with Mission Title.
