Professional Experience
Will Cammerzell is a Senior Associate on the Industrial & Land Investment Sales team in Stream’s Northern Virginia office, where he represents private and institutional owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, land, and redevelopment assets across Northern Virginia. His work spans sourcing off-market opportunities, advising on land acquisition and disposition strategy, new business development, and execution of capital markets transactions.
Before joining Stream, Will was an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Portfolio Advisory group, managing corporate real estate transactions for national occupier clients. He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Analyst, supporting portfolio strategy and transaction execution through financial analysis, lease evaluations, and market research.
With experience spanning both corporate occupier services and investment sales, Will brings an analytical, market-driven approach to advising clients on complex real estate decisions throughout Northern Virginia and the greater Washington region.
