Professional Experience
William joined Stream in 2023 and currently serves as a Financial Analyst for the firm’s Industrial Capital Markets team in the Dallas office. He supports the team in the valuation, underwriting, and marketing execution of industrial investment sales across major Texas markets.
Prior to joining Stream, William began his career as an Analyst with JLL’s Capital Markets team, where he supported investment sales transactions across industrial, office, and retail asset classes.
