Yolanda Gerardo is a Senior Brokerage Coordinator with Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Yolanda supports the brokerage team with transaction coordination, document management, and day-to-day operational support. Yolanda’s focus includes preparing and organizing property information, maintaining detailed records for contracts, leases, and sales, managing deal workflows, and responding to client requests and prospect inquiries.
Prior to joining Stream, Yolanda served as Executive Assistant to Jonathan Larsen at Avison Young for nearly 10 years. Before that, she spent more than 20 years at CBRE, ultimately serving as Senior Project Coordinator – Sales Management Operations. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Yolanda brings deep operational expertise and a strong foundation in brokerage support and sales management.
