Zach Taylor is a Property Manager in Stream’s Southern California region, based in San Diego. In this role, Zach provides clients with comprehensive property management services for retail and office assets across Orange County and San Diego. Zach’s focus includes financial reporting, capital improvement oversight, budget management, and tenant relations.
Prior to joining Stream, Zach held property management roles with JLL and Manulife Investment Management, where he oversaw Class A office buildings in Chicago, Illinois. With more than six years of property management experience, he has partnered with multiple institutional clients to deliver best-in-class service.
