Zach Taylor joined Stream Southern California in 2022 and serves as a Property Manager specializing in retail shopping center assets across Orange County and San Diego. In this role, he delivers comprehensive property management services including financial reporting, budget administration, capital improvement oversight, and tenant relations for a portfolio of institutional-grade retail properties.
With more than six years of commercial real estate experience, Zach has partnered with institutional ownership groups to provide best-in-class service and drive operational performance across his assets.
Prior to joining Stream, Zach held property management roles with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Manulife Investment Management, where he oversaw Class A office buildings in Chicago, Illinois.
