Stream Community Impact Program (CIP)
Stream CIP provides the time, platform, and volunteer opportunities for our employees and their families. We partner with the organizations and charities that focus on the communities we serve with paid time off to volunteer. In 2021, our team members recorded 1,339 hours supporting 13 different organizations.
Stream Support Foundation (SSF)
Stream SSF is a non-profit established to support our employees when they encounter difficult life situations. With an initial company contribution of $25,000, SSF accepts employee contributions through our annual benefits enrollment program and provides support when a natural disaster, crisis, or life event impacts an employee. In addition to financial contributions, unused sick time is contributed to members in need of additional time for medical leave.
Health & Wellness
Stream cares about our employees and wants them to succeed in all aspects of life. Our Employee Assistance Program helps our professionals and their families manage their mental, emotional, and physical health confidentially and at no cost. The program provides 24-hour resources as well as referrals to licensed professionals who can help with emotional health and well-being, alcohol or drug dependency, marriage or family relationships, job pressures, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and financial and legal advice.
