Rack Room Shoes is the latest tenant to open in the recently developed Center at Pearland Parkway.
The 6,000-square-foot family footwear store store opens on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 2650 Pearland Parkway.
The retailer joins TJMaxx, Petco, Palais Royal and Rue 21, which are already open.
“We are committed to serving the greater Houston market, and look forward to providing another convenient footwear destination for area families,” Joe Terrell, regional manager of Rack Room Shoes, said in an announcement. “We’re excited to bring our excellent customer service, on-trend styles and great prices to east Pearland, just in time for the holiday season.”
A project of Stream Realty Partners, the Center at Pearland Parkway is a 165,000-square- foot development at FM 518 and Pearland Parkway. It is adjacent to a H-E-B’s newest Pearland store.
As one of the biggest retail developments of the year, the power center added some options to what some considered an under-served retail area of Pearland.
The center has a handful of small tenant spaces left to lease and one ground lease parcel, according to Stream Realty Partners.
Retailers that plan to open in the first quarter are Salons by JC, MOD Pizza, Mattress Firm, Sprint and Menchies Yogurt.
