PHOENIX – October 6, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Kyle Gellenbeck has joined the firm as Vice President of Construction Management, strengthening Stream’s industrial construction management capabilities.
Based in Stream’s Phoenix office, Gellenbeck will lead construction management for industrial development, build-to-suit projects, and tenant improvement projects across the market. He will work alongside Senior Director of Construction & Development David Kollar to grow Stream’s industrial construction management presence and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
In his role, Gellenbeck will oversee projects from early feasibility and budgeting through construction closeout, managing schedules and construction financials and coordinating architects, general contractors, and vendor partners. He will also work closely with Stream’s leasing, development, and property management teams to pursue new opportunities and deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Gellenbeck brings more than 10 years of construction project management experience across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties. He has overseen projects totaling more than $200 million in value for investor and occupier clients, including complex tenant improvement buildouts, investor capital improvement programs, and multi-site national program rollouts.
Gellenbeck joins Stream from Optimize Consulting Group, where he served as Managing Director, while also serving as Associate Partner at its affiliate, Columbia Project Management Partners. Previously, he spent five years with Cushman & Wakefield, where he advanced from Senior Project Manager to Director and ultimately led the firm’s Project & Development Services team across Arizona and Las Vegas. Earlier in his career, he served as Lead Project Manager with Bureau Veritas, managing national retail programs as well as industrial and distribution projects.
