Irvine, Calif. (July 18, 2018) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, has been awarded the exclusive property management of seven industrial properties by Cabot Properties. The seven buildings total approximately 1.6 million square feet of gross leasable space, with seven tenants within the Inland Empire.
“Managing these seven buildings provides Stream the opportunity to grow our relationship with Cabot Properties as we increase our presence with them nationwide,” said Victoria Knudson, executive vice president of Stream. “We look forward to building our industrial portfolio within this ever-growing segment.”
Stream’s Allison Bush, senior property manager, and Ana Arguera, assistant property manager, will manage the properties on behalf of ownership, along with Knudson who is responsible for Stream’s industrial management platform. Stream currently manages approximately four million square feet of property in Southern California.
The Southern California industrial market continues to show strong signs of growth through expansion of the regions traditional boundaries and redevelopment of land-locked areas. It remains one of the tightest in the nation with 600 million square feet of product in the Inland Empire and 541 million square feet in Orange County.
