Stream Realty Partners Continues Leasing Assignment and Expands Services to Include Property Management
AUSTIN, TX – August 6, 2026 – Canyon Creek Real Estate, a real estate investment firm specializing in Class A office buildings, has acquired One Eleven Congress, a 533,711-square-foot office tower located at 111 Congress Avenue in Downtown Austin. The acquisition marks Canyon Creek’s entry into the Austin market as the firm seeks to grow its portfolio in the region.
Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, will continue to provide leasing services for One Eleven Congress while expanding its role to include property management. Stream Regional Managing Director of Property Management Amanda Coupe will lead the property management assignment, while Managing Director Rachel Coulter will continue leading leasing for the property.
