DALLAS, TX – August 16, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is pleased to announce on behalf of their client Dalfen Industrial, one of the nation’s largest buyers of industrial real estate, the groundbreaking of Mesquite Airport Logistics Center, a two million square foot master planned industrial park in Mesquite, Texas.

Located at 4180 E. Scyene Road, Mesquite Airport Logistics Center has commenced construction on Phase I of the multi-phase development, which is expected to deliver in second quarter 2022. Phase I will feature two buildings offering 36-foot clear height, cross-dock loading, heavy parking and trailer storage. Built for multi or single tenant use, building one will be 379,620 square feet and building two will be 626,718 square feet. Situated in one of the strongest labor areas in Dallas/Fort Worth, the park is next to FedEx Ground, UPS Customer Center the Union Pacific Intermodal and the Mesquite Metro Airport and offers access to major thoroughfares (Highway 80, I-20, I-635, I-30, I-45, I-30).
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mayor of Mesquite Bruce Archer said, “We are not just celebrating a groundbreaking. We are celebrating another benchmark moment in our extraordinary economic development journey in Mesquite.”
Stream’s Matt Dornak, SIOR, Managing Director, and Ryan Wolcott, SIOR, Vice President, will oversee the leasing and marketing efforts at Mesquite Airport Logistics Center.
