Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has been engaged to represent DZMI in the leasing of the building. Stream Vice President Matt Asvestas and Senior Associate Danielle Rothchild are spearheading the effort on behalf of DZMI.
The Tower at 290, which DZMI acquired at the end of February, boasts 245,846 square feet of prime office space strategically situated in the Northwest submarket just minutes from the junction of U.S. 290 and Loop 610.
