New Ownership to Reinvest in and Reposition Office Tower with Upgraded Amenities and Spec Suites
CHICAGO – April 7, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has been selected by FTK Capital to oversee the leasing and property management of 111 W Jackson, an office tower located at 111 W Jackson Boulevard in Chicago’s Central Loop.
The assignment follows the partnership’s recent acquisition of the property and marks the beginning of a new phase for the building, as ownership undertakes a strategic reinvestment program to enhance the asset and reintroduce it to the market. Located at the southwest corner of South Clark Street and West Jackson Boulevard, 111 W Jackson is a 25-story, 567,531-square-foot building situated among some of Chicago’s most iconic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment destinations. The property is steps from multiple Divvy stations, bus and “L” stops, and offers convenient access to Union Station, positioning it to attract a broad range of office tenants.
Planned improvements, in collaboration with OTJ Architects, include updates to the lobby and common areas, expanded amenities, and the addition of new spec suites designed to meet current tenant demand for move-in-ready space. Ownership plans to deliver approximately 50,000 square feet of pre-built suites, with an initial 25,000 square feet expected to be completed by late 2026.
