InSite Realty Partners and The Urban Cos. have landed a second tenant in The Offices at Grandway West under construction at the Grand Parkway near Franz Road in the Katy area.
LJA Engineering, a full-service consulting engineering firm, has leased 12,223 square feet in the building 1904 Grand Parkway North.
Along with a lease by Percheron, the building is 52 percent pre-leased, according to Stream Realty Partners.
“Offices at Grandway West provides our client’s employees the opportunity to work in a first-class office building in far west Houston, which is in close proximity to their clients and personal residences,” Anthony Squillante, managing director of Stream Realty Partners, said in an announcement.
Squillante and Jeremy Hunt of Stream Realty Partners represented LJA Engineering in the lease. Paul Wittorf of Transwestern represented the landlord.
The building is the first of five buildings planned in the complex, which is part of a new frontier for office development west of the Energy Corridor. See Deal of the Week for more details on the project.
