Stream Realty Partners has helped a growing legal services company complete a new office lease in Downtown Dallas.
Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, represented Calhoun, Bhella & Sechrest, LLP in its lease at Republic Center at 325 N. Saint Paul St. in Dallas. The law firm, which offers a cutting-edge approach to legal matters, will occupy 5,975 square feet on the 23rd floor. The 703,981-square-foot, Class A office building provides convenient access to DART Light Rail and Pacific Plaza Park.
Stream Senior Vice President Todd Noonan represented Calhoun, Bhella & Sechrest in the transaction. Kathy Permenter and Trae Anderson with Younger Partners represented the landlord, Four Point Star, L.P.
