ATLANTA – August 12, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has welcomed Jennifer Guillen as Regional Managing Director of Property Management. Based in Stream’s Atlanta office, Guillen will oversee property management operations across Georgia and Florida, supporting both the office and industrial portfolios.
Guillen brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, with a leadership background overseeing property management teams across multiple asset classes, including office, retail, and industrial. In her role, she will lead regional property management teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive operational excellence while supporting the continued growth of Stream’s Property Management platform throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Stream, Guillen built her career with Taurus Investment Holdings, MDH Partners, GLP, CBRE, and Prologis, where she progressively advanced into leadership roles overseeing institutional commercial real estate portfolios across multiple U.S. markets. Her experience includes oversight of more than 66 million square feet of industrial real estate. Throughout her career, she has specialized in portfolio strategy, financial performance, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams.
