PHOENIX, AZ – August 4, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has welcomed Kiana Taie as Vice President of Project Management in the firm’s Phoenix office. Taie joins Stream’s Project Management team, where she will lead the firm’s office project management services throughout the Phoenix market.
Taie brings more than a decade of experience spanning workplace design, operations leadership, business development, and project management. Throughout her career, she has partnered with occupiers, developers, property owners, and brokers to deliver first-class workplace environments that align business objectives with thoughtful design and seamless execution. Her background includes leading complex tenant improvement and workplace projects while overseeing operational performance, financial management, and client growth initiatives.
In her new role, Taie will work alongside Senior Director of Construction & Development David Kollar to deliver office project management assignments throughout the Phoenix market. She will guide clients through every phase of the project lifecycle—from real estate strategy and lease execution through design, construction, and occupancy—while helping occupiers align workplace strategy, financial objectives, and project execution. Taie will also support the continued growth of Stream’s Project Management platform by strengthening broker relationships, cultivating client partnerships, and expanding the firm’s presence across the region.

Prior to joining Stream, Taie spent more than nine years with Gensler, where she advanced from Interior Designer to Operations Leader and ultimately Director of Workplace. She led workplace projects for both landlords and tenants, managed the Workplace studio’s financial performance, and built strong relationships across the Phoenix commercial real estate community.
