The lease marks a significant milestone for River North, Nashville’s newest mixed-use district located along the East Bank.
Nextracker, a global leader in solar technology solutions, will occupy 15,960 square feet within River North’s 78,000-square-foot office component. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, the company is relocating its Nashville operations from Metro Center and expecting to move into its new space in the third quarter of 2025.
