HOUSTON, TX – February 7, 2019 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today the expansion of its Houston industrial division with a tenant representation team led by Managing Director Tyler Maner. This team will focus on representing tenants and owners that occupy industrial space.

“We have seen a growing desire in the market, and specifically from our strategic clients, to operate a full-service platform that includes a robust tenant representation team,” said Matteson Hamilton, Partner at Stream. “We have always had our toe in the water with industrial tenant rep and were waiting for the right person to build out a team that emulates our culture and mirrors the deep market expertise we have within our existing team.”

A Stream Top Producer, Maner started with Stream in 2012 in Dallas and most recently helped launch the Fort Worth office. Maner said, “I am really excited about the opportunity to replicate what we have done in other markets and provide Houston industrial users a team that is focused on improving their business and making smart decisions based on Stream’s leading market intelligence.” Maner also notes his family ties to Houston made it an “easy decision” moving closer to family.

Maner is joined by Heath Donica, Associate, and plans on hiring several new members, from entry level to experienced hires, over the coming months. Maner said, “Given my deep expertise in tenant representation, I know the value of having a team that puts its tenants first and how to be a trusted partner for owners. This mentality mirrors Stream’s core values, and so the team we are building is very uniquely focused on that.”

Hamilton added, “Tyler has gained the respect from some of our largest customers across the country who have always held him in high regard; he has family ties to Houston; and he has earned a reputation of loyalty from his user clients. We could not pick a more qualified candidate to lead this endeavor. Expect to see some pretty big changes within our team in the coming months.”

Stream’s industrial team leases and manages over 30 million square feet in Houston. The team recently acquired a 300-acre site in Brookshire that will be home to Empire West Business Park, a Class AA industrial development uniquely situated with 5,000 feet of rare Interstate 10 and Highway 90 frontage. The first phase will include building out three speculative buildings totaling 1.0 million square feet.
