Greater Los Angeles (July 8, 2019) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate services, development and investment firm, announced that Tim Dwight, Senior Vice President, and Caleb Hodge, Senior Associate, have joined the firm, establishing a West Los Angeles presence and strengthening the firm’s tenant representation services and overall footprint in the Greater Los Angeles region.
With over a decade in the business, Tim started his career with the Irvine Company and spent the last nine years with Colliers International. Acting as a single-point-of-contact for businesses with locations worldwide, he has successfully fulfilled local and complex multi-market space and location requirements—delivering highly customized solutions.
Caleb joins us from NAI Capital where he worked with the Tenant Consulting Group, developing real estate strategies by first understanding a client’s business vision and plan to support their short- and long-term business objectives.
