August 02 < 1

While the office market has slowed for Stream like it has all across Houston, it’s still managing to get deals done. Stream’s Paul Coonrod and Brad Fricks repped landlord Sawdust Venture in negotiations with Veriforce, resulting in a 34k SF lease at Sierra Pine II in The Woodlands. Veriforce was repped by NAI Partners’ Griff Bandy, Matt Gaby and Jon Silberman. Sierra Pines II is 153k SF of Class-A office space approximately two miles north of Exxon’s global consolidation. The new lease brings the newly built office to 35% leased.

Stream svp Brad Fricks admits that it’s a volatile time for office leasing in Houston, clients are focused more than ever on value add opportunities. Brads says The Woodlands provides a dynamic office environment and supportive culture for business to continue their growth trajectories.
