Stream Realty Partners (Stream) announced today that the Austin Business Journal (ABJ) ranked the firm as the largest property management firm in Austin, managing over 17 million square feet of product.
Over the past year, Stream has grown from 79 to 164 properties managed, increasing its footprint from 10.32 million to 17.35 million square feet. Stream’s Austin property management clients include AEW, Black Creek Group, Blackstone, Clarion Partners, DRA Advisors, and KBS.

The 2020 list of commercial property management firms highlights some of Austin’s largest property managers. The ABJ list is ranked by square feet managed in the Austin area. The 2020 list represents 105 million square feet of space across the office, industrial and retail sectors as of January 1, 2020. This is up from 90.1 million SF managed by firms on last year’s list.
