Kawneer, an American manufacturer of architectural aluminum systems and products, has signed a 29,403-square-foot lease, and DataScan, a global leader in dealer commercial lending solutions, has signed a 23,383-square-foot lease, with both commitments scheduled to commence in mid-2026. Kawneer and DataScan join an existing tenant roster, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HPI Inc., at Continuum Alpharetta.
