Brad Libsock Brings Management Expertise to Stream Central Texas
Stream Realty Partners, a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, is proud to announce the addition of Brad Libsock as director of property and construction management. Initially, Libsock will focus on providing superior operational results and financial performance for Stream’s construction and property management business in the San Antonio market.

In addition to property management, Libsock is experienced in development and acquisition analysis, financing contingencies, as well as strategic asset planning including facility and portfolio management. Prior to joining Stream, Libsock served as director and industrial property manager for American Realty Capital Properties in Phoenix. In his previous positions he managed a team with a combined portfolio of more than 500 properties, which included more than 100 million square feet of office and industrial assets nationwide. Libsock holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Stream’s property management division currently leases and manages more than 120 million square feet of commercial real estate across the platform.The property management teams collectively have substantial experience in transitioning and operating commercial real estate in a best in class manner.
