With a philosophy of thinking and acting like an owner, Stream Realty Partners has promoted a seasoned commercial real estate expert to oversee its national Property Management platform.

Stream announced today that Dennis Skelly has been appointed National Managing Director of Property Management, responsible for leading the company’s property management and project accounting teams across its 15 offices. In his new position, Skelly will collaborate with the firm’s leaders across all service lines to grow the more than 200 million square foot property management service offering. Since joining the firm in January 2021, Skelly has been serving as the Managing Director of Property Management in San Antonio.

“I am so excited and humbled to have this opportunity to work with a much broader group of Stream professionals and play a greater role in driving the strategic direction of property management and project accounting,” Skelly said. “Property management is the cornerstone of our business at Stream, and my goal is to work with our exceptional talent to provide the tools, resources, and training they need to leverage our platform so they can deliver differentiating services to our clients.”

Skelly joined Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, with more than 22 years of experience in the field. He previously spent more than 10 years at Liberty Property Trust, where he led and supported high-performance property management teams in markets including Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, and Southern California. Before Liberty Property Trust, he worked for Donohoe Real Estate Services in Washington, D.C.

“Having had strong ownership side experience, I am uniquely positioned to help our teams embrace this mindset to deliver results that continually drive value for our clients and their assets,” Skelly said. “For most of our tenants, we are an extension of our owner or client, so it is imperative that we think and act in that way.”

Skelly, a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management, is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and a LEED accredited professional designated by the U.S. Green Building Council.

“We are thrilled to have Dennis step into this key role and broaden his reach at Stream on a national level,” said Liz Sheff, Chief Operating Officer and Partner. “This strategic move comes at a time when the firm is experiencing exponential growth, and Dennis has the perfect experience and skill to lead our property management service offering into the future.”
