Stream Realty Partners Expands Tenant Representation Team with Two Senior Hires

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – October 2, 2020 – Stream Realty Partners (“Stream”), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today that Mark Gardner and Stacy Garcia have joined Stream’s office tenant representation division in Greater Los Angeles (GLA). With more than 40 years of combined tenant representation experience across the office asset class, they will join Stream as Executive Vice Presidents to expand the firm’s tenant representation platform and overall footprint in the Greater Los Angeles region. Both will office out of Stream’s Irvine location.

Prior to joining Stream, Gardner and Garcia served as Senior Managing Directors at Newmark Knight Frank where they both were top ten producers.  During their tenure at Newmark Knight Frank, Gardner and Garcia were instrumental in leading some of the GLA region’s largest assignments, such as Ghost Management’s 114,000-square-foot headquarters; Cavium’s 105,000-square-foot consolidation and WCD’s 149,000-square foot headquarters.
